Subject: Supervision findings on the Warqinee Dachaasaa Primary School building
As mentioned above, your letter of Fulbaana 26/2019 (ref. WADA/82/29) told us the Warqinee Dachaasaa memorial school in Tokke Kutaye district is being built to the standard set by the Oromia Education Bureau, and that we should play our part. Based on the master report you submitted, supervision and inspection were carried out on 26/1/2019 and 27/1/2019, with these key people:
1. Mr. Wayyeessaa Alamuu, Administrator, Tokke Kutaye District
2. Mr. Taarikuu Humnaasaa, Head of the District Education Office
3. Mr. Olaanaa Hundeessaa, representative of WADA and project director
4. Mr. Tasammaa Akkumaa, representative following up the memorial school
5. Mr. Kabbabaa Bayeechaa, Basic Education Team Leader, District Education Office
6. Mr. Sadeessaa Iddeessaa, School Buildings Team Leader, District Education Office
7. Mr. Nabiyyuu Saamu'eel, Site Engineer
8. Mr. Darajjee Mangistuu, Supervisor of the centre (?)These people supervised the site repeatedly over the two days. Based on your submitted document and the state of the construction, we were very pleased. The building exceeds the primary school standard and can serve as a school for grades 1–8, so we agreed it is above standard.
