Based on your submitted document and the state of the construction, we were very pleased. The building exceeds the primary school standard and can serve as a school for grades 1–8, so we agreed it is above standard.
This marks the beginning of the process to hand over the school to the local Education Authority, for it to be connected to mains water and hopefully open to children in the new year.

As mentioned above, your letter of Fulbaana 26/2019 (ref. WADA/82/29) told us the Warqinee Dachaasaa memorial school in Tokke Kutaye district is being built to the standard set by the Oromia Education Bureau, and that we should play our part. Based on the master report you submitted, supervision and inspection were carried out on 26/1/2019 and 27/1/2019, with these key people:

6. Mr. Sadeessaa Iddeessaa, School Buildings Team Leader, District Education Office
7. Mr. Nabiyyuu Saamu'eel, Site Engineer
8. Mr. Darajjee Mangistuu, Supervisor of the centreThese people supervised the site repeatedly over the two days.
