| Charity status | At last officers meeting – we agreed that objects could remain unchanged but we did need to change from a Foundation to an Association.We replied again saying we can stay with objectives but that the constitution would need to become one for an Association. Brian submitted this 14thOctober. We haven’t heard anything back yet. At moment the constitution on the website is the old one with 12 Trustees. This has been the problem with getting a bank account, so we need t the go ahead from the Commission so that there can be 5 trustees now. Brian has compiled a CAF Bank Application and this is ready to go but awaiting approval of changes from Commission. Metro Bank was suggested by Michael a long time ago.
