Matters arising
- Brian has circulated revised Association constitution. He has already tried to consult Charities Commission but we need to check that once it has been adopted.
- Brian has given required 14 days notice to all existing members of the General Meeting where the amended constitution will be put to members and if adopted all the existing trustees will resign and a new group of will be elected (between 3 and 6). Members of the supporters group could also be invited to the meeting.
- Charities Commission website entry for WDEF has been updated with Policies.

No report; Treasurer indisposed.

Discussion
- Girma and Feyisa have met to develop plan to seek funding from major sponsors.
- Nicky Lopez will be running the Paris Marathon on 15th October for WDEF and would welcome sponsorship via his Just Giving page.
- Ask Teferi and Fekadu to give us an update.
- 40 Tee-shirts in the UK.
- Giftii is doing well with breakfast clubs and has reached one target.
- Giftii to invite others to Signal Group
Action
- Girma to meet with Feyisa and Brian to determine number of potential funders.
- Girma and Giftii to liaise on possibility of students bringing tee-shirts from Oromia.
- Siobhan and Muluneh to progress Crowd Funding.
